WE ARE CURRENTLY A MADE TO ORDER AND SMALL-BATCH COMPANY.

MADE TO ORDER:

All made to order garments are custom cut and constructed in our atelier. Estimated shipping is within 2-6 weeks after order is purchased. We estimate 2 weeks for day wear and 4-6 weeks for evening and bridal wear.  

SHIPPING:

Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days upon purchase (CST). Ferrah does not process or ship orders on Saturdays/ Sundays/ or Holidays. Orders will be shipped ‘Standard Ground’ unless notified otherwise. Signature upon delivery required with purchases over $300.00 US Dollars. Signature upon delivery is optional for items below $300. If you would like this option please add a note for the seller via checkout. Ferrah is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages. 

You will receive a shipment email confirmation with a link to tracking information once your order has been shipped.

WE DO NOT OFFER

We do not offer returns, but do offer exchanges on most U.S. ready-to-wear orders. We do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders, or orders outside of the continental U.S. We do not offer returns or exchanges on custom orders as the piece(s) are tailor-made to customer's specific size and not standard Ferrah sizing. On a case-by-case basis returns will be accepted for faulty merchandise if goods are unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in original packaging.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to local taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ["Import Fees"]. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.

Refunds and exchanges are not accepted to customers outside the US. If you refuse a shipment from Ferrah, you are responsible for the original purchase and shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Ferrah.  

 RETURN POLICY

You must email design@ferrah.co prior to sending an exchange. Ferrah accepts unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise, with tags attached, for an equal value exchange within 21 days from purchase date. We do not offer returns. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our exchange policy requirements.

HOW TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM

1) Email design@ferrah.co with subject "Exchange Item" (with garment name).

2) Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package if possible.

3) Please note the nature of the exchange on the invoice - wrong size, just don’t like it, etc. 

Exchanges will be processed within 20 days.
