Tier I is for those who wish to procure an existing Ferrah design. An atelier representative consults with the client to create a made-to-measure garment from Ferrah’s current collections. Online pricing and production timelines reflect Tier I as it is our standard level of customization. See below for more details. For customized and one-of-a-kind looks, see Tier II and Tier III.

1. Consultation and Design
A representative from the Ferrah Design Team will discuss with you the details of your Ferrah look including fabrics, size/measurements, dates, details, and scope. After your design consultation, please select your chosen style and place your pre-order directly on our website or direct with a member of the Ferrah team.

2. Final Fitting (Optional)
While this service is entirely optional, we encourage clients to schedule a complimentary fitting in final fabric. Final fittings are scheduled a minimum of six weeks prior to ship date or pick up. Final fittings may not be available for rush orders.
