Tier II | Custom is for those seeking to personalize an existing Ferrah design. Our team collaborates with the client to create a unique and collaborative interpretation of an existing design, marrying the client’s personal style with Ferrah’s signature aesthetic. Please allow additional production time for Tier II custom pieces. See below for more details.
I. Design Consultation | The Design Team will help realize the vision and logistics to bring a customized version of a current Ferrah design to life. During your meeting, the client and Ferrah team review design inspiration, take measurements, review fabrics and outline a fitting and delivery schedule. You will receive a custom order form to confirm all details, including dates and pricing estimate. Once confirmed, a 60% deposit will be required to begin the process. Optional swatches and sketches will be sent to you for consideration once the process begins.
II. Toile Fitting | A prototype in muslin or similar fabric is fit onto your body by a Ferrah representative and tailor to ensure all details are included in the final creation. At the time of booking the toile fitting, the second installment of 20% is due.
III. Fabric Fitting | Your custom design is fit to your measurements in final fabric by our design team. Additional alterations are noted before final embellishments are added and finishings are performed. Fabric fittings are scheduled a minimum of four weeks prior to ship date or pick up.
IV. Delivery | Your custom bespoke design is delivered to you! The final 20% of estimate + any additional customization charges is due, with all payment being complete prior to shipment.
